In the clear, breezy weather of late October, the company organized an outdoor team-building activity on October 30 at the scenic Suzhou Taihu Cowboy Resort. The theme was “Working Together to Build the Future.” The event aimed to strengthen cohesion, improve communication and relationships among employees, and help everyone relieve stress and relax outside their busy work routines. The day was divided into morning team-building exercises and free leisure activities in the afternoon.
In the morning, a team-building instructor led warm-up games and divided participants into two teams. Each team presented its own name and slogan with energy and enthusiasm. Activities included opening icebreakers, cooperative challenges, a team drum game, “Standing Forest” and “The Da Vinci Code.” Team leaders organized their groups, while members took clear roles and responsibilities, cooperated actively and supported one another in pursuit of success. Working in groups doubled the fun, and the energetic participants became a lively feature of the resort.
The afternoon’s leisure activities offered a chance to slow down and enjoy food, games, photographs and a relaxed atmosphere. Activities included pedal boats, kayaking, horse riding, archery, sightseeing on multi-person bicycles, Cowboy F5 karting with winding turns and a racing feel, and the adventurous Burma bridge.
Amid laughter and conversation, Long-term Materials’ 2022 team-building activity at Suzhou Taihu Cowboy Resort came to a successful close. The event brought team members closer together and deepened their understanding of teamwork while providing enjoyment and relaxation. United in purpose, growing and working together, Long-term employees will return to their work with greater enthusiasm and collaborate for the company’s development and future.
